Join our dynamic team at B Lepage Auto Service, where we share a passion for automobiles and quality customer service. As a Technical Advisor, you will play a key role in our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers while working in a professional and friendly environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve customers with courtesy and professionalism, while establishing a relationship of trust.
- Identify customers' needs and propose personalized solutions.
- Schedule appointments according to the calendar's availability.
- Suggest maintenance and preventive work by providing accurate estimates.
- Ensure follow-up on sales and guarantee a satisfying after-sales experience.
- Order the parts needed for the work to be performed and ensure their availability.
- Respond to telephone inquiries with attentive listening and efficiency.
- Monitor the progress of work carried out in the workshop to ensure deadlines are met.
Profile sought:
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in technical advisory for vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Prior experience in the field of mechanics and customer service.
- Knowledge of Costar software is a definite asset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build good relationships with customers.
- Positive, collaborative, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Schedule: four days a week, except during very busy periods.
