Job Description Technical Advisor
Mécanique SGR Inc. has been established for over 25 years! Located in the east of Montreal, we are a company specializing in heavy truck mechanics and fleet management. We are growing and wish to expand our team to continue providing quality service to our clients.
Salary: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour or MORE depending on experience

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, both over the phone and in person, at all times
- Respond to customer inquiries and schedule appointments
- Open repair orders indicating information related to the vehicle to be repaired
- Plan tasks and prepare orders for the mechanics
- Process orders in the computer system accurately
- Rigorously follow up with the customer on the progress of the work and costs
- Perform any other related tasks
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service position, preferably in a field related to heavy vehicles
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work quickly in a constantly changing environment
- Good priority management
- Team-oriented and customer service-focused
- Autonomous
- Strong learning ability and proficiency in using computer systems
- Knowledge of the Office suite
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Knowledge of the SDSwin SERTI software (an asset)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift with the possibility of working 10 hours a day to have 3 days off
