Job Description Desjardins Acura, an Acura dealership located in Montreal, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented technical advisor to join our service team. The ideal candidate will act as a link between customers and technicians, clearly explain diagnoses and propose appropriate solutions, while ensuring an impeccable customer experience. Based in Montreal, you will develop in a professional and dynamic environment, where transparency and integrity guide every interaction.

Main responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their technical needs regarding maintenance and repair.
• Collaborate with technicians and estimators to diagnose problems and prepare accurate estimates.
• Present maintenance and repair options, explain costs and timelines, and obtain the customer's agreement.
• Maintain rigorous follow-up of appointments and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation of interventions and vehicle histories.
• Work as part of a team with the Sales and Parts departments to optimize the customer experience and service outcomes.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive sector; after-sales service experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of vehicles and automotive systems; experience with Acura or brand vehicles is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening and the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-specialists.
• Bilingual in French/English preferred; English is a plus.
• Good organizational skills, team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
• Automotive technical training or equivalent qualification; valid driver's license.
