As an Automotive Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for serving service customers at our car dealership. You will work closely with our clients to meet their needs and provide them with an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their service and repair needs, ensuring a first-class customer experience.
• Collect and document symptoms and technical observations, then clearly communicate diagnoses and repair options to the team and to the client.
• Work closely with technicians to plan the work, prioritize interventions and ensure follow-up throughout the process.
• Prepare estimates, relay relevant information, and provide transparent guidance on costs and timelines.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients on the progress of repairs and address concerns effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and after-sales service standards.
• Promote loyalty opportunities by offering preventive services and solutions tailored to clients' needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an automotive dealership or after-sales service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to simplify technical information for clients.
• Practical knowledge of diagnostic systems and service-related IT tools (DMS, scheduling software, diagnostic tools).
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment focused on customer satisfaction.
• French fluency is essential; bilingual in French and English is an asset.
• Valid driver's license.
