In this position, your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support and advice to customers regarding our vehicles and services.
- Diagnosing vehicle issues and recommending necessary repairs.
- Collaborating closely with our workshop team to ensure smooth communication and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Participating in ongoing training to stay updated on new Volkswagen technologies and products.
- Contributing to a positive work environment by sharing your knowledge with colleagues.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar position or in customer service in the automotive sector.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and their functioning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and the team.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions.
- A commitment to customer service excellence and customer satisfaction.
