Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Technical Advisor to join our dynamic team in Saint-Étienne-des-Grès. In collaboration with our technicians, you will be the primary contact for customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and ensure an impeccable service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, identify their needs, and guide them toward appropriate solutions
  • Present diagnostics and estimates clearly and transparently
  • Explain repairs, costs, and timeframes, and obtain the customer's approval
  • Coordinate with the workshop and technicians to ensure smooth execution of interventions
  • Follow repair orders and ensure the quality of service
  • Promote relevant products and services and perform additional sales when appropriate
  • Manage parts and orders related to interventions
  • Maintain the workspace and service point in an organized and professional manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and proactively address feedback or concerns

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role (technical advisor, customer service in an auto workshop, or related sector)
  • Good knowledge of automotive systems and technologies and ability to read technical estimates
  • Excellent communication skills, service-mindedness, and customer orientation
  • Ability to work as part of a team, coordinate with the workshop, and manage priorities
  • fluency in French; English is an asset
  • Relevant technical training (DEC or equivalent) or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to work as needed and to continue learning
