At Dion Sports, you will join a passionate and dynamic team, specialized in recreational vehicles and after-sales service. As a Technical Advisor, you will be the technical entry point for our customers and the workshop partner, ensuring informed guidance and tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assess their technical needs, according to their uses (recreational, work, sporting activities).
- Diagnose technical issues on recreational vehicles (ATVs, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, Spyder, etc.) and propose optimal solutions (repairs, preventive maintenance, parts).
- Prepare and present clear and transparent technical quotes; work closely with the workshop and technicians.
- Ensure follow-up on warranties, returns and claims in coordination with the after-sales service.
- Support the sales team with product knowledge, demonstrations and technical advice.
- Participate in parts inventory and order management, ensuring availability of critical parts.
- Keep up to date with manufacturers’ products and technologies and pursue relevant training.
Profile sought
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical or after-sales role, ideally in recreational vehicles or automotive.
- Knowledge of BRP product lines (Can-Am, Spyder, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo) and other brands distributed by Dion Sports.
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving and clear technical communication skills with customers.
- Customer service orientation and team spirit; ability to combine technical service with sales support.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Bilingual in French and English would be an asset.
- Technical training (mechanics, electro-mechanical, maintenance) or equivalent experience.
