- Supervise warranty and claim management, ensure compliance with procedures, and maintain the quality of interventions.
- Develop and implement training and skills development plans for the team.
- Work closely with parts and sales departments to maximize synergies and growth opportunities for the service.
Profile
- Relevant degree in management, service administration, engineering, or equivalent; ongoing training in the automotive sector considered an asset.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in service management within the automotive industry, with demonstrated leadership and budget management skills.
- Proficiency with workshop management systems (DMS) and knowledge of warranty procedures; ability to analyze performance indicators and act on results.
- Excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset.
- Results-oriented mindset, excellent customer service, positive leadership, and the ability to unite teams around clear objectives.
- Availability to meet the operational demands of an automotive service and adapt to a dynamic environment.
