Job Description

The Director of the Lanoraie branch service department is responsible for the overall management of the service department. They supervise the technical team, optimize after-sales service operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee the profitability of the department. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach the service technical team and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Plan and optimize after-sales service operations: handling repairs, managing deadlines and workflows.
  • Manage the service budget, control costs, set profitability targets, and monitor performance indicators.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction: handling complaints and implementing proactive solutions.
  • Define and implement warranty, dispute, and return processes.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Parts departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Develop team skills: training, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company and industry policies.
  • Regularly report to management and analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities.

Profile and Qualifications

  • 0 years of experience required. Technical or management training is appreciated; experience in the recreational vehicle/automotive sector is an asset.
  • Exemplary leadership and team spirit; excellent communication skills.
  • Customer service orientation and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Skills in budget management, planning, and organization.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (service management software, ERP, CRM) and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with initiative and adaptability.
  • Fluent in French; English is an asset.
