At Girard Automobile, we do things simply, but well. For more than 100 years, we take care of people as much as of their vehicles. We are looking for an experienced person, capable of bringing a team together and ensuring that everything runs smoothly: from phone follow-ups to detailing. Someone calm, organized, who knows how to listen to both customers and the members of their team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the service teams: phone follow-ups, technical advisors, workshop, technicians, detailing.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the department and excellent customer service.
  • Work with our warranty management supplier.
  • Develop and retain the service clientele.
  • Monitor performance and optimize operations.

Profile sought:

  • Experience in automotive after-sales service management (5 years or more).
  • Dynamic, mobilizing leadership and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Good knowledge of service management software.
  • Experience with warranties: a major plus.

To perform the following tasks

Administrative management
Customer and insurance company follow up
Customer service
Department supervision
Follow-up with suppliers to accelerate repairs
Hiring and staff management
Implementation of strategies
Maintain accurate and complete files on all customer claims, complaints and resolution details
Operations planning / management
Optimization of internal processes
Produce the monthly reports.
