At Dion Sports, a motorcycle and off-road vehicle dealer in Saint-Raymond, Quebec, we are seeking a Service Director to lead our after-sales department and ensure an excellent customer experience. Integrated within Tremblay Auto Group, you will lead a dynamic team and guarantee high-quality services for our customers and our manufacturer partners.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and coach the service team (technicians, service representatives and reception) and ensure coordination of daily activities.
  • Define and track performance objectives (productivity, repair quality, turnaround times, customer satisfaction) and analyze key indicators.
  • Plan and optimize workflows, parts management and appointment scheduling, and supervise warranties and returns.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer procedures and safety standards; coordinate training and professional development through brand programs.
  • Manage the service budget, control operating costs and optimize profitability while maintaining fast and reliable service.
  • Maintain relationships with manufacturers and brand representatives (Honda, Can-Am, Spyder, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Lynx, Alumacraft, Mercury) and ensure application of warranty and service programs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Parts departments to align promotions, inventory and customer service.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding and development of service talents.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience: clear diagnostics, proactive communication and rigorous follow-up of interventions.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in management, administration or technical field; experience in the recreational vehicle industry is a plus.
  • Minimum required experience: 1 year in team management or service supervision.
  • Good knowledge of BRP products and associated brands; understanding of warranty processes and manufacturer requirements.
  • Excellent command of French; English is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Budget management and operational planning skills; proficiency with computer tools and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a seasonal and dynamic environment, with a results-oriented approach and attention to detail.
