Subaru Ste-Agathe is looking for a Service Manager who will play a key role in the dealership's operations. The person in this position will be responsible for ensuring efficient and profitable management of the department while providing a quality customer experience, motivating the team, and fostering customer loyalty. They will also contribute to optimizing operations to maximize technicians' available time.

Operations Management
- Ensure effective and profitable management of the after-sales service department;
- Optimize operations to ensure maximum utilization of technicians' available time;
- Monitor objectives, performance indicators, and ensure the smooth daily operation of the department;
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards as well as dealership policies and procedures.
Team Management
- Engage, coach, and support the after-sales team in achieving their goals;
- Foster a collaborative, professional work environment focused on teamwork;
- Participate in the development, training, and evaluation of team members;
- Plan and coordinate department schedules according to operational needs.
Customer Experience
- Ensure a professional and quality customer experience;
- Handle requests and more complex situations efficiently;
- Implement practices that promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaboration and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with various dealership departments to ensure smooth operations;
- Participate in continuous process improvement and department development;
- Maintain professional relationships with partners and manufacturer representatives.
Requirements
- At least five (5) years of experience in the automotive field;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and priority management skills;
- Mobilizing leadership and a team-oriented approach;
- Experience in team management or supervisory roles (an asset);
- Commitment to providing professional and high-quality customer service;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment;
- Good knowledge of IT tools and software related to after-sales operations;
- Valid driver's license.

Note
Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 7:45 am to 1:00 pm. Salary to be discussed based on experience.
