- Open and close work orders
- Prepare for the next day’s appointments
- Manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles
- Answer calls and schedule appointments
- Follow up on parts orders
- Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans
- Process extended warranty requests
- Manage several computer platforms
Requirements
- Experience in the automotive industry (any position)
- Passion for customer service and confidence interacting with the public
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several files at once
- Knowledge of Serti is an asset
