En Midas, nos dedicamos a brindar servicios de calidad a los vehículos de nuestros clientes en las áreas de inspección, diagnóstico y reparación, aprovechando la experiencia adquirida mediante certificaciones ASE y/o años de experiencia en reparación automotriz.
Responsabilidades
El Asesor de servicio apoya al Gerente del taller para optimizar las ventas minoristas y la rentabilidad del taller, al tiempo que ofrece un servicio al cliente superior, lo que incluye:
- Elaborar y presentar presupuestos, buscar repuestos y vender trabajos a los clientes.
- Interpretar los resultados de las inspecciones (en colaboración con el Técnico) y presentarlos a los clientes.
- Ofrecer un servicio al cliente superior, escuchando y asesorando a los clientes.
- Contribuir a la eficacia de sus compañeros para promover el éxito.
- Aumentar y optimizar las ventas minoristas y la rentabilidad del taller, alcanzando o superando sus objetivos y metas.
- Maximizar la seguridad y el bienestar de los empleados del taller y ser un buen ciudadano corporativo en las comunidades donde opera el taller.
Requisitos
- Conocimientos generales de automoción.
- 1 año de experiencia en la industria automotriz.
- Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación.
- Habilidades para formar equipos.
- Licencia de conducir vigente.
- Capacidad para trabajar con un horario flexible que incluya fines de semana, tardes y días festivos.
