Para apoyar nuestro crecimiento, actualmente estamos buscando un asesor técnico en mecánica automotriz para unirse a nuestro equipo y continuar nuestro desarrollo.
Bajo la responsabilidad del director del servicio, el asesor técnico en mecánica automotriz establece una relación de confianza con el cliente para el mantenimiento de su vehículo y los guía en el proceso de mantenimiento preventivo de su vehículo.
Principales tareas:
Recibir a los clientes, ofrecer un servicio de calidad en todo momento; Realizar la inspección "walk around" de los vehículos antes de abrir las órdenes de trabajo; Identificar y detallar al máximo los problemas señalados por los clientes; Proponer los mantenimientos requeridos por el fabricante; Ofrecer promociones y productos complementarios a los clientes según la evaluación realizada del vehículo; Hacer la conexión entre los clientes y el taller mecánico para obtener las autorizaciones necesarias para realizar los trabajos; Cerrar las órdenes de trabajo; Explicar a los clientes los detalles de la factura; Realizar el pago de los costes; Solicitar la evaluación de la calidad del servicio a través del C.S.I.
