Buscamos un(a) candidato(a) serio(a) que tenga una experiencia relevante en el área de atención al cliente y automoción. Responsabilidades relacionadas con el puesto:
- Supervisar a los asesores técnicos;
- Preparar y gestionar el presupuesto de operación anual del servicio postventa;
- Controlar y dar seguimiento a los pedidos de piezas para garantizar su disponibilidad;
- Contratar, formar, motivar y asesorar a los recursos humanos del servicio postventa, asegurando su rendimiento;
- Garantizar la salud y seguridad en el lugar de trabajo;
- Crear y mantener relaciones armoniosas con los clientes para fidelizarlos y recopilar sus recomendaciones respecto a clientes potenciales;
