Job description

Main tasks:

  • Management of customer service for the group (4 dealerships).
  • Supervision of 4 to 6 appointment agents.
  • Receiving complaints and addressing them in collaboration with managers.
  • Training and monitoring all appointment agents to achieve optimal flow in the service workshops.
  • Preparing and conducting follow-up campaigns for the service departments.
  • Creating tracking spreadsheets for different managers according to their needs.
  • Developing offers and promotions with the various service managers.
  • Any other special projects related to customer service and follow-ups.
