Alliance Group is currently working on integrating a Service Director.

With experience, you will be able to take the wheel immediately and position yourself at the heart of Alliance Group, the operations, the decisions, and the actions to be implemented.

Your role: bring the Exceptional to the clients and your team!

Your responsibilities: As the Service Director, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and overseeing a team of qualified technicians: create a safe, high-quality work environment conducive to performance, enjoyment, and the growth of the service department by fostering a human work atmosphere and valuing the work done;

• Managing service operations: maximize and manage work schedules, track and measure the quality of work performed, oversee and manage claims as well as technical support, and ensure a balance between the financial profitability of operations, customer service, and the technical team;

• Keeping your technical knowledge up to date: follow technological advancements in the trailer and recreational vehicle industry and ensure that the team has the necessary tools and knowledge to evolve the mechanical workshop’s skills according to growth opportunities;

• Ensuring customer satisfaction: guarantee exceptional customer service by resolving issues quickly and efficiently, communicating clearly with customers, and exceeding their expectations;

• Collaborating with other departments: work closely with the sales, parts, and administration departments to ensure a smooth and optimal customer experience.
