  • Conduct follow-ups with customers post-service to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communication and service agreements in our database.
  • Stay updated on Lexus products, services, and promotions to provide knowledgeable advice and promote applicable services.
  • Uphold the Lexus commitment to continuous improvement by identifying areas for operational enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or advisory role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, with effective time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and standard office applications.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and care.
