Expert customer service - Technical advisor for the trailers and truck campers division.
To support its customer service and after-sales operations, Groupe Alliance wishes to expand its team by integrating a specialist in after-sales customer service - technical advisor.
The selected candidate will have already worked in a customer service environment and will possess the tools and skills necessary to meet the responsibilities and requirements associated with this position while having an understanding of the market in which the company operates.
Profile:
- Strong ability to listen to customer needs
- Oral, written & discussion communication and sales skills
- Knowledge of Recreational Vehicle and/or Trailer sector
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Computer skills
- Proactive
- Organized
- Adaptable
- Curious
- Bilingual French – English: spoken & written
Assets:
Will be considered assets but not prerequisites
- Knowledge of the recreational vehicle market
- Basic knowledge of trailers and welding
- Knowledge of the commercial market
- Knowledge of the luxury goods market
- Experience gained in a similar position (ATV, boat, car, trailer)
- Bilingual French – English: spoken & written
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and present the company
- Listen to clients' requests, expectations, and needs
- Inform and coordinate with the workshop team regarding client requests
- Handle the opening of work orders
- Inform the client about necessary maintenance, repairs, and modifications to their equipment
- Advise clients on their possible options regarding the equipment
- Close work orders / Establish billing / Determine labor costs

- Skills & Computer knowledge
- Availability on Saturdays
- Honest, dynamic, and professional
- Autonomous
Start date: As soon as possible
Hourly rate / annual salary: Salary + commissions up to $75,000 annually.
Job type: Full Time
Compensation: $55,000.00 per year + sales commissions.
Additional compensation: $15,000 to $25,000 in commissions
Location of the position: In-person
