As a Technical Advisor, your main responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with the service team to ensure that all interventions are carried out accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Following up on after-sales services and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of service processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you must have the following qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and modern technologies.

Job Summary: The technical advisor must welcome customers and accurately identify their needs for repairs and maintenance of their vehicle.
Tasks:
- Ensure to provide high-quality customer service;
- Know and apply the terms related to warranties and manufacturer policies;
- Address customer complaints promptly according to senior management guidelines;
- Manage multiple incoming and outgoing vehicles (a busy dealership service);
- Open work orders;
- Suggest preventive maintenance recommended by the manufacturer;
- Rigorously follow up on work orders;
- Close repair orders.
Desired Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical advisor;
- Good knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Strong sales skills;
- Knowledge of SERTI software (an asset);
- Knowledge of English (an asset).
