To perform the following tasks
  • Welcome customers and gather information about their vehicle.
  • Update customer information.
  • Conduct a test drive with the customer if necessary.
  • Check the warranty before starting any work.
  • Inspect the car and recommend repairs.
  • Advise customers on maintenance and inform them about promotions.
  • Record issues and prepare a detailed quote.
  • Explain the work and costs.
  • Set and confirm execution deadlines.
  • Obtain the customer's signature on the repair order.
  • Address technical and pricing inquiries.
  • Arrange transportation for customers if needed.
  • Inform the workshop of the required work and monitor progress.
  • Communicate any changes in quotes or deadlines with the customer.
  • Obtain authorization for additional work.
  • Notify the customer when the vehicle is ready.
  • Establish payment method and receive credit approval.
  • Hand over the keys to the customer and indicate where the vehicle is located.
  • Ensure that cars are parked and keys are safely stored.
  • Close the repair order once the work is completed.
  • Handle appointment scheduling and ongoing work inquiries.
  • Sell maintenance services and ensure paperwork is up to date.
  • Communicate with customers waiting for special parts.
  • Participate in quality control and address customer complaints.
  • Stay informed about industry news and products.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (DES) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role OR
  • Certificate - Technical Advisor and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role OR
  • Vocational diploma (DEP) in Technical Advisory in vehicle maintenance and repair and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience;
  • Bilingualism;
  • Computer knowledge in automotive field;
  • Valid driver's license.
