Join our team at Searle's Auto Repair Co. Ltd. as a Service Advisor and play a key role in delivering exceptional automotive service to our valued clients. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with outstanding service and expert guidance through their automotive needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assess their needs with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Gather information about vehicle issues and document service requests accurately.
  • Provide estimates for service and repair, ensuring clarity and transparency in communication.
  • Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs and maintenance, maintaining an efficient workflow.
  • Follow up with clients regarding the status of their vehicles and any additional services required.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients by ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and constructive manner.
  • Promote our services and any applicable promotional offers to enhance client engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive environment.
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for building rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
