We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Service Director to join our team in the automotive sector (luxury vehicles). The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service excellence and solid experience in managing a team of technicians.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating all after-sales service operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Implementing processes and practices aimed at improving operational efficiency and departmental productivity.
- Training and mentoring a team of qualified professionals, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Evaluating employee performance and proposing suitable professional development plans.
- Analyzing performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and making strategic recommendations.
- Ensuring compliance with current safety and quality standards in the industry.
The required qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of one year of management experience in the automotive sector.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with clients and respond effectively to their needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of workshop management systems and automotive service practices.
