Your Role: to bring the Exceptional experience to clients and your team!

Your Responsibilities: As the Service Director, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and guiding a team of qualified technicians: Create a safe, high-quality work environment conducive to performance, enjoyment, and the growth of the service department by fostering a human workplace atmosphere and valuing the work done;

• Managing service operations: Maximize and manage work schedules, monitor and measure the quality of work performed, oversee claims management and technical support, and ensure a balance between the financial profitability of operations, customer service, and the technical team;

• Keeping your technical knowledge up to date: Follow technological advancements in the trailer and recreational vehicle industry and ensure that the team has the necessary tools and knowledge to advance the skills of the mechanical workshop in line with growth opportunities;

• Ensuring customer satisfaction: Guarantee exceptional customer service by resolving issues quickly and efficiently, communicating clearly with clients, and exceeding their expectations;

• Collaborating with other departments: Work closely with the sales, parts, and administration departments to ensure a smooth and optimal customer experience.
