Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and the quality of services offered.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and productivity of the service.
  • Train and mentor staff, promoting their professional development and ensuring a high level of competence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Analyze the service performance and prepare reports for management to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience at every point of contact.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a keen sense of service.
  • Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
