Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily service department operations, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of service advisors and technicians, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze service department performance metrics, implementing strategies for enhancement.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns to strengthen relationships and enhance loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to ensure a seamless customer experience across all dealership services.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a service management role within the automotive industry, demonstrating a strong track record of leadership and customer service excellence.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive technology and repair processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer engagement and team development.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and implement effective solutions.
