Your main responsibilities:
• Oversee the service department with efficiency and profitability. • Establish and achieve goals in collaboration with management. • Implement strategies to improve service quality, productivity, and profitability. • Update packages according to fluctuations in parts and products prices. • Manage workflow and ensure smooth communication between service advisors, technicians, and washers. • Optimize technicians' performance and the efficiency of technical advisors. • Encourage collaboration between different departments in the dealership. • Build customer loyalty and ensure exceptional customer service. • Maintain an up-to-date record of technicians' technical training. • Manage and resolve customer concerns professionally. • Keep necessary reports up to date.
Your profile:
• Experience as a service director, parts director, technical advisor (5 years), workshop foreman (5 years), or automotive technician (5 years). • A clear passion and enthusiasm for cars and customer service. • A strong sense of teamwork.
