About the role
At Sunshine Coast GM, we are focused on giving our team the training and growth opportunities they need to be successful. Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: 60 , 000 − 180,000 per year (Commission Based)
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell new and pre-owned vehicles with a customer-first approach
- Explain vehicle features, options, and available finance solutions
- Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently
- Stay knowledgeable about automotive products, programs, and industry trends
- Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and follow-up
- Maintain ongoing communication to build trust and long-term customer relationships
Requirements
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset
- 1+ years of experience in sales
- Passion for sales, customer service, and relationship building
- Motivated, professional, and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Strong ability to create and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Tech savvy and capable of adopting CRM and selling software
