Lead automotive sales performance at Dilawri through hands-on leadership, CRM activity management, and disciplined New and Used Sales Operations execution.
As General Sales Manager, you will direct department performance while reporting to the General Manager. You will lead managers, coach sales staff, desk deals, and drive appointment activity. The position oversees sales strategy, forecasting, inventory management, and customer-focused execution across New and Used departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales volume, gross, and inventory management
- Coach managers and hold sales staff accountable
- Drive appointments, prospecting, and CRM activity

Requirements
- Automotive sales leadership experience at Sales Manager level or higher
