Responsibilities
- Create work orders, schedule appointments, and coordinate workflow with technicians.
- Provide accurate quotes and clearly explain recommended services and products.
- Build trust with customers through strong communication and follow-up.
- Recommend tires, wheels, and mechanical services based on customer needs.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate customer records.
- Support inventory and administrative processes.
- Maintain showroom standards and promotional displays.
- Participate in safety initiatives and ongoing training programs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the automotive, tire, or service industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to provide professional customer service and build customer relationships.
- Confidence in explaining products, services, and recommendations to customers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of passenger, light truck, and specialty tires and mechanical services is an asset.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory Driver's Abstract.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and team-oriented mindset.
