Fountain Tire Sidney, an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a friendly and dedicated individual to join the team as a Service Advisor. Now under new management, the shop is strengthening its commitment to building a positive and supportive work environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Create work orders, arrange bookings, and communicate them to the technicians.
- Provide service quotes, receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow-up.
- Make proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received.
- Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel service, and mechanical service to customers.
- Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.
- Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
- Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire, including for customers and staff, on the road, site, or field.
- Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhere to standards and policies as described in learning modules.
- Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts.
Requirements
- Experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry is preferred, but motivated individuals who are willing to learn will be trained.
- Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations.
- Working knowledge of passenger, light truck, and specialty tires and mechanical services.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s Abstract.
- Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must.
