As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the link between our customers and our technicians. You’ll help customers understand what their vehicle needs, coordinate repairs and services, and make sure they have a positive experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and determine their automotive service and repair needs
- Respond to customer inquiries both in person and over the phone
- Prepare estimates and provide customers with clear information about recommended services
- Schedule appointments and manage daily service bookings
- Create, update and manage work orders
- Review completed work and recommendations with customers
- Communicate directly with technicians to ensure customer needs are understood
- Explain warranty and service contract coverage, including applicable provisions and exclusions
- Help grow the Service Department by identifying opportunities to recommend appropriate maintenance and services
- Operate our computerized work order system and cash register
- Maintain a professional, friendly and customer-focused environment
- Complete other duties as required

- In possession of a valid driver’s licence
