We are looking for a passionate Delivery Coordinator to join Léveillé Ford, a Ford dealership in Saint-Jérôme, growing and proud of a culture focused on the well-being of customers and employees. This Saturday-open position ensures the delivery of sold vehicles, signing of documents, and a clear explanation of the vehicle’s functions to customers. Minimum experience: none required.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the delivery of sold vehicles, ensuring each vehicle is ready, clean, and compliant with the manufacturer’s standards.
- Prepare and have the delivery documents signed, verify the accuracy of information, and ensure the efficient transfer of responsibilities to the customer.
- Describe the vehicle’s features and technologies, including options, warranties, and driver-assistance tools, to ensure an exemplary customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure a smooth transition and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to internal procedures and manufacturer requirements, while offering a friendly and professional approach.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and propose improvements to optimize the process.

- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to simplify technical information and calmly respond to customer questions.
- Teamwork and reliability demonstrated.
- Availability on Saturdays; schedule flexibility according to operational needs.
