Ville-Marie Kia, a Kia dealership in Montreal, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Financial Services Director to lead our department dedicated to financial services and customer experience. With an annual volume of approximately 350 new vehicles, this position actively contributes to the success and growth of our sales team. The role focuses on selling insurance, loans, and automotive warranties. Availability on weekends is required.
Job Description
- Lead and supervise the team responsible for financial services and the offerings related to the vehicles sold.
- Define and implement simple and effective strategies to sell insurance, loans, and automotive warranties.
- Train, coach, and motivate advisors to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor performance, adherence to budgets, and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales and after-sales departments to optimize the customer experience.
- Manage relationships with financial partners and insurers, ensuring fair conditions for clients.
- Ensure compliance with rules, internal policies, and legal requirements.
- Plan and adjust schedules, including weekends, to meet team and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and evaluate members of the financial services team.
- Develop simple tools to clearly present insurance, financing, and warranty options to clients.
- Track performance indicators and prepare regular reports for management.
- Maintain a customer-centric sales approach and a smooth, professional sales experience.

- Minimum of one year experience required in a similar role or in selling financial products related to automobiles (insurance, loans, and warranties).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sense of service, and ability to work in a team.
- Leadership qualities, clear communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team.
- Good organizational skills and autonomy, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Fluent in French is essential; knowledge of English would be an asset.
- Relevant training in the commercial or financial field is appreciated.
