Job description
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems of vehicles using modern tools and diagnostic software.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer standards and internal procedures.
- Read and interpret schematics, error codes, and technical specifications; document interventions and propose recommendations.
- Clearly communicate with customers about necessary repairs and estimated costs.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure deadlines and work quality are met.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and safety practices at work.
Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position; however, we are open to candidates with less experience and apprentices, under supervision or proper training.
- Degree or professional training in automotive mechanics, or ongoing apprenticeship.
- Valid driver’s license (class 5).
- Ability to work as part of a team, customer service orientation, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with modern tools and technologies, technical curiosity, and ability to learn quickly.
- Fluent French; knowledge of technical English is an advantage.
