Job Description

Joliette Mitsubishi, located in Notre-Dame-des-Prairies, Quebec, is seeking a passionate Sales Advisor who loves cars and customer service to join its team. You will be at the heart of the customer experience, guiding buyers in selecting a vehicle and supporting them throughout the process, from the first contact to delivery. The dealership is closed on weekends, promoting work-life balance, and we offer flexible hours and ongoing training to support your professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, understand their needs, and propose suitable solutions.
  • Present Mitsubishi vehicles and their options, conduct demonstrations and test drives.
  • Advise on financing and protection options (warranties and insurance) and assist clients throughout the purchase process.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including documentation and post-sale follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the service and parts departments to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain a professional showroom presentation and actively participate in campaigns and events.

Profile sought

  • 1 year of experience required in sales, ideally in the automotive sector or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening, and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet goals while providing a quality customer experience.
  • Fluency in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
  • Professionalism, dynamism, and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple files and adapt to a customer-focused environment.
