Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist / Hostess to join our dynamic team at Repentigny Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette, a member of Tremblay Auto Group. The position requires at least 1 year of experience in reception or customer service. You will be the first impression of our dealership and play a key role in the smooth running of daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet visitors and clients upon arrival
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate departments
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, especially for after-sales service and sales
- Perform light administrative tasks (reception, mail management, document follow-up)
- Keep the reception area and waiting room clean, organized, and professional
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Ensure safety and basic signage in the reception area
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in reception or customer service
- Excellent communication skills in French; proficiency in English is an asset
- Good command of computer tools (Microsoft Office suite, management/CRM software)
- Professional appearance, customer service orientation, and discretion
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage the flow of the reception area, and work under pressure
- Availability for varied hours according to dealership needs
