Con reporte al vicepresidente de Operaciones, este gerente regional de Marketing dirige a los colaboradores directos de marketing y del BDC de ventas. El puesto gestiona la ejecución de campañas, las redes sociales de los concesionarios, la inversión en medios y las comunicaciones con clientes. También supervisa la gestión de clientes potenciales en el CRM, la programación de citas, las métricas de respuesta y los traspasos al equipo de ventas. Responsabilidades
- Supervisar el seguimiento de clientes potenciales del BDC, el registro en el CRM, las citas y los traspasos
- Monitorear el desempeño en respuesta, contacto, asistencia y conversión
- Recomendar mejoras a los líderes de los concesionarios utilizando datos de desempeño
- Planificar eventos de ventas privados, eventos para clientes y activaciones de patrocinios
- Coordinar la segmentación, las campañas por correo electrónico y las comunicaciones automatizadas
Requisitos
