We are looking for a key player to fill the role of Sales Director in the recreational vehicle industry. You will be on the ground closing your own sales as well as supporting the team by acting as a leader among the advisors.
Your daily role: ✔ Manage and motivate a sales team by providing appropriate support and training ✔ Achieve set sales targets and monitor team performance based on available indicators ✔ Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients ✔ Actively participate in sales activities, including negotiation and closing deals
