** Job Description**
Open and close work orders
Prepare the appointments for the next day
Manage the courtesy vehicle fleet
Respond to calls and schedule appointments
Follow up on parts on order
Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans
Process requests related to extended warranties
Manage multiple computer platforms
** Requirements**
Experience in the automotive sector (any type of position)
Passion for customer service and ease with the public
Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple files simultaneously
