Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the washing and detailing of the exterior and interior of vehicles, maintaining high quality standards.
- Inspect vehicles to identify potential damages and report maintenance needs to your supervisors.
- Use appropriate aesthetic equipment and products effectively and safely.
- Establish a friendly and professional relationship with customers, providing them with an exceptional service experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient workshop operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector or vehicle aesthetics.
- Attention to detail and passion for quality work.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Good communication skills, with a positive attitude towards customer service.
- Availability to work during dealership hours.
