Longueuil Nissan, a member of the Motion Group and a reference on the South Shore and in the Montreal area for the purchase and service of Nissan vehicles, is seeking a Technical Advisor to join its high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and analyze customers' technical needs regarding Nissan vehicles (new models and used vehicles) and provide clear and relevant explanations.
  • Present technical features and benefits of Nissan models (Kicks, Leaf, Versa, Sentra, Qashqai, Rogue, Altima) and associated services.
  • Guide and coordinate with technicians and sales teams to propose the most suitable solutions and ensure rigorous follow-up.
  • Participate in product demonstrations, test drives, and technical presentations both at shows and in the showroom.
  • Keep up-to-date with modern automotive technologies, hybrid/electric systems, and Nissan innovations to advise effectively.
  • Follow up on customer files and ensure a high-level customer experience, promoting satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and after-sales service processes.

Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or in the automotive sector focused on technical customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening, and the ability to simplify technical information.
  • Knowledge of modern automotive systems and technologies; interest in Nissan technologies and ideally familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicles.
  • Team spirit, service-mindedness, and customer orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset; French is essential.
